Season of Tranquility:

How To Realign For Success By Centering Allah

ONLINE RETREAT

Dear Sister,

When Allah is Central in Your Life and You Live from a Place of Faith...

...the Dunya Falls at Your Feet.

“I had a disturbing experience while driving…”

I was traveling at 60 miles/hr on a freeway to make it to a community Dawah meeting...

...and I vividly remember how exhausted, anxious, and burnt out I was.

Even working alongside a room full of respected leaders didn’t seem fulfilling.

While I was living the dream (at least what it looked like), I felt I had lost my spark.

Doesn’t this sound familiar? (Keep reading, because it’s going to get super relatable.)

And funnily enough, I was doing exactly what I wanted. But a thought kept looming over my head like a sword…

“No matter what I do,
it will never be good enough.”

"If you want to improve your life this retreat is for you. If you want to face any test in your life with gratitude and a feeling of abundance, and getting strength directly from the source (Allah’s words) this retreat has it all."

- Zainab

And On Top of That…

Some remarks from people I respected made me feel rejected, invalidated, and insecure.

In my previous job, there were people who didn’t even acknowledge my contributions.

And it’s sad that it happens to a lot of women - Muslim or not.

It made me realize it’s never easy for a woman to feel validated and secure.

Growing up like every other Muslim girl, I was fed the “idea” of being a good student…

…getting outstanding grades, getting married, and being an amazing mom.

And just when I thought I was finally figuring out my life by taking Islamic classes and reading books…

My darker side always got the best of me.

But the villain in this story isn’t Shaytan, it’s not the male community, it’s something else.

After Struggling for 10 Years, I Realized…

We are destroying our self-esteem by our own hands.

If I’m being brutally honest, when impostor syndrome robs you of your identity, crippling anxiety eats up your confidence from the inside out…

…or even if it seems Allah isn’t with you (which is never the case)...

That’s when we suffer from the damage we’ve unknowingly inflicted upon ourselves.

When You Hit Rock Bottom, Allah Is Always There to Pick You Up

I literally started to feel He (swt) was drawing me closer to Him.

See it wasn't the Islamic classes I took to fill the void, or the books I studied to feel spiritual again...

The aha moment came one day, conversing with my friend who gave me some verses from the Quran that deeply impacted me.

Verses that I've read many times before but when you're in a rut, distanced, numb, these verses don't hit as they should.

But as I unloaded to my friend, what she said reshaped my perspective about myself. It gave me the courage to dust off the insecurities and move forward, whether by an inch or a mile.

Let me pull out of this story for a second and say if I share the verse with you now…

It might not seem like a transformational moment.

But the thing is, from that point on, I witnessed how Allah kept paving the way for me while I watched with surprise…

…while I started to let go of my shortcomings, I also started winning in life, in my career, in my family.

And since I came under the wings of the pioneer of Islamic personal development: Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef (rA)...

Alhamdulillah I overcame so many obstacles of my own making.

Since then, even after Shaykh passed away, DiscoverU has been a major part of my life.

That allowed me to be content, fulfilling, energized, and unbelievably motivated with an undying flare…

…to help the Ummah become the hero of their own story and break out from the mental prisons they’ve locked themselves in…for years!

So, this Ramadan, I went down memory lane, recapped, and analyzed my whole journey…

And pieced elements together so I could help others implant the same in their lives…

No matter how different their lives are, it will always yield the same results as Allah blessed me with:

  • To keep moving forward with tranquility
  • To never doubt your own ability to overcome whatever gets thrown at you; and
  • To always know your way around the emotional blocks whenever they resurface, like unlocking a cheat code that works every time

“Allah Has Answered!”

I was on cloud 9.

When this happens, you start to let go of your insecurities, and begin finding your way around the emotional blocks that immobilized you for years.

But if you can’t help but aimlessly throw yourself at errands, kids, and work, then emotional break down is inevitable.

How would you like to see yourself driven by faith, immersing yourself in closeness with Allah, and blooming out of the “I’m-not-doing-enough” cycle and finally have a purpose that “completes” you

...as a mother
…as a working woman
…as a believer?

Or better yet, let Allah’s words empower you to confidently speak up and outperform your old self in every role?

You’re Already Excelling...

But if you’re still reading, you must know that we are our BIGGEST enemies.

Because not only do we let our limiting thoughts get the better of us.

We also negate even the slightest possibility of a “hidden” talent that we haven’t discovered yet.

All because of what? A trembling fear.

  • Fear of being rejected
  • Fear of others stealing our spotlight
  • Fear of failure to nurture our kids the best way we can
  • Fear of emotionally breaking down in severe tests of Allah
  • Fear of falling short in every role - as a hardworking woman and mother
  • Fear of undermining every effort we make, making it seem worthless at the end of the day.

Look, as scary as it looks…

Being brave and resilient isn’t about being fearless, it’s about moving forward IN SPITE of the fear.

Remember, nobody’s stopping you. Not Shaytan. Not your family. Not your time-consuming kids.

It’s only You Vs You.

But If Allah Really Wanted to See You Fail…

He wouldn’t have given you the strength to fend off for yourself in the first place.

Matter of fact, you wouldn’t even be here reading this, if He didn’t want you to succeed, thrive in your own space without compromising, and finally put an end to crippling anxiety in different parts of your life.

You’re much more capable than what you give yourself credit for.

Not even I, not Rania Awad, not Samia Mubarak, not Sarah Sultan, nor anyone can truly understand the power Allah has given you.

Anxiety Happens When There's No Action...

The longer you put off action, the more intense your anxiety will be.

So how do we achieve tranquility? Simple...you must take targeted action towards your goals.

There's a reason chipping away at your goals milestone by milestone brings us a sense of accomplishment.

Putting things off, going on Netflix, pretending the problem isn’t there...

Scrolling past the pain without doing something about it - is how you bury the anxiety even deeper.

No Tranquility = No Action = Anxiety Rises

"I was really struggling with anxiety day to day, and came to this retreat to get some tools. I got so much more than that.

I had a complete shift and no longer crippled by challenges. Resilience in our deen is so much more than just overcoming tests."

- Naseem

The Reason I Arranged an Online Women’s-Only Retreat…

…is not just for a community to meet up and help you verbalize your lowest points.

But also to channel your fear into an unwavering confidence and give you a roadmap to move forward despite the would-be consequences…

…using the tools to spiritually ground yourself, and set yourself up for success in areas where you feel stagnant and stranded.

The Season of Tranquility retreat will empower you to:

  • Keep moving forward on the path to success despite the emotional and “people” blocks weighing you down
  • Adopt emotional and spiritual maturity against hot buttons that triggered meltdowns in the past
  • Define success by Allah’s terms with the exact roadmap based on your unique circumstances
  • Equip yourself with the knowledge and tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience
  • Center Allah in your life and use His words to bring lasting impact on your personality
  • Have a crystal clear view of where your life is right now, where it ought to be, and the journey it’s going to take
  • See yourself winning in areas where you didn’t bother to look

And to help you do all of the above, I brought together women who'll not only inspire you, but are also walking the path of success as we speak.

You’ll also get a lifetime access to watch the replay to the entire retreat.

And I’ve also prepared two bonus sessions for you.

Pre-Recorded Bonus Session - Embracing Limitations to Become Unbreakable By Sarah Sultan

We’re humans, we make mistakes. We’re wired to trip up and obligated to seek Allah’s help.

In this bonus session, Sarah Sultan will help us realize how to embrace our human side without beating ourselves up, be more merciful with ourselves…

And allow every possible space to make mistakes, evaluate, detach from worldly pleasures and experience growth.

Pre-Recorded Bonus Session - Lessons of Resilience and Faith from Surah Maryam By Samia Mubarak

Allah never abandons anyone.

Listen, you didn’t ask for the pain you’re in, you didn’t ask for the struggles you’re drowning in…

But you’re definitely stronger than you think, and there’s no doubt you’re far more capable than you give yourself credit for.

In Surah Maryam, Allah has exquisitely left gems for us to reap the benefits.

In this bonus session, Samia Mubarak will help you uncover lessons of resilience and faith from Surah Maryam.

But Why Now?

It’s the same cycle every year.

Ramadan ends. We get spiritually hungover. That lasts a couple of weeks. We get back into our routine.

Then the blocks resurface. One by one. And it makes you wonder…

“If you couldn’t even make a permanent change in the most blessed month, how could you possibly stay consistent, focused on your goals, root out impostor syndrome, and be confident enough to approach people, to approach Allah?”

Like it or not, you’ll have to face the same situations (and people) again that put you in this spot.

And not being able to bring a permanent change in Ramadan is one thing, while maintaining a permanent shift post Ramadan is a whole different scenario.

But when you have the same old blocks anchoring you to places you don’t want to be…

Trust me, when you’re trying too hard to push yourself, using secular tools to artificially motivate yourself, the roots of all problems will remain the same.

Been there, done that.

And before you know it, you’re convincing yourself yet again that you’re not (and never will be) good enough to achieve the success Allah has already given you the strengths for.

But…when you realign your focus towards Allah (swt), He’ll carve pathways you didn’t even know existed.

You’ll feel peaceful, calm, despite a storm brewing around you.

Instead of acting out of sudden reactions, you’ll be optimistic and content enough in the face of adversities.

And you’ll be ecstatic to know how strongly you can withstand the pressures of life when you start to define success through Allah’s terms.

"I’ve always struggled with low self-worth and my connection to Allah has suffered because of it.

As much as I’ve tried to learn or seek therapy, I haven't been able to understand how to practically connect my faith to my worth.

In this retreat Razia helped me connect deeper with the words of Allah when it came to my worth. Resilience is so much about how we see ourselves and Allah, rather than how we see our tests."

- Fadila

Your Time is Worth More than this Retreat…

Which is why I’ve carefully planned every session in advance so you could experience everything in its entirety, not get overwhelmed with too much information, and still be able to practically apply what you absorb.

A meet up like this + 2 bonus sessions would’ve easily cost you not less than $1,000 for its access to Muslim psychologists, licensed therapists, and spiritual coaches.

And believe it or not, there are people who would happily pay 10x more because they see what it’s like to live on the other side of the fence.

And the more it’s crucial to invest in your well-being, I still wanted to make it as accessible as it could be.

So, I was happy to invite you at $297, but something still didn’t feel right.

You see, it’s not about the investment, it’s about the community, the environment you’re willing to exchange your time with.

And like I said, your time is of the essence and no amount can top it.

Because I’m extending our reach beyond borders, I very well know that even $297 (which is absolutely a steal) can be the biggest resistance to many.

So that's why I’m excited to invite you to the Season of Tranquility Retreat at only $147 (which is 83.3% less than what it’s actually worth).
